What is Pitched Up Camping?We are a camping equipment rental and pitching up service, dedicated to making sure our customers can enjoy their camping holiday without having to stress over setting up their equipment. Take a look at our About Us page for more details.

What equipment can I hire?We currently offer a variety of tents for hire, ranging from four to eight berth. In addition, we offer a bespoke Pitch-Up Service where we set up all your equipment at your chosen campsite and take it down at the end of your holiday. We also provide add-ons, including: Camp beds or air mattresses (amount matching the berth of the tent) Chairs (amount matching the berth of the tent) Kitchenware / accessories (including a table, mugs, lamps, crockery and cutlery) You will be able to select your add-ons when completing the tent enquiry form. We will be expanding our inventory of tents and equipment, including bike hire and cooking equipment, in the near future, following our soft-launch in Spring 2025.

How do I hire my camping equipment?Browse our website to see our range of tents, select the tent listing to see a full description, and then complete the tent enquiry form at the bottom of the tent webpage. When you fill out the form, you'll have the option to choose our Pitch-Up Service add-on where we will set your tent up for you, or you can choose to Click and Collect your order from our home base in Sparsholt, Hampshire. You can also select extra add-ons, including toilet tents, crockery, porches, electrical hook up, extra chairs and more.

What is the Pitch-Up Service?Our bespoke Pitch-Up Service takes the hassle out of camping. If requested via the tent enquiry form, we'll pitch the tent for you at one of our recommended campsites by 2pm on the first day of your holiday, so all you need to do is arrive and unwind. At the end of your holiday, please ensure you've left the campsite by 12am and we'll take care of packing things up, saving you time and effort. It's camping made easy!

When do I return hired equipment?If you aren't using our Pitch-Up Service, you'll need to collect and return your hired equipment to our home base in Sparsholt, Hampshire. Your order can be collected from 3pm onwards on the first day of your holiday and must be returned to us by 12am on the day your holiday ends. We will then inspect and clean the equipment before getting in touch regarding your refundable deposit, minus any damage fees. Please note, late collections are by arrangement only and you will incur a late fee for delayed return of equipment.

Are your tents pet-friendly?Yes, all of our tents are pet-friendly but please check if your chosen campsite allows pets before booking. Please note, bookings with pets will require an extra £15 fee per tent to cover additional cleaning costs.
